Will I be sharing equipment during my reservation?

Nope! When you book time in one of our kitchens you will have exclusive use to the equipment in that space. 

Will I need a health permit to operate out of Cloud9? 

Yes. Our kitchens are licensed, however each company will need their own permit to legally serve food to the public. Which permit(s) you need will depend on your specific business operation. You will also need current liability insurance policy.

Can I film/be filmed at Cloud9 Kitchen? 

Yes, go for it! Please note, our kitchens are not fully private and we cannot guarantee quiet conditions during video shoots. 

Do you provide small appliances, pots, knives, etc?

Yes, we offer smaller appliance utility carts that you can rent along with the kitchen of your choice. We also have limited knives, spatula, and utensils, but we offer a few options. You can count on having large full and half sheet pans along with racks for those pans. Other than that all other utensils and cooking equipment is on a limited first-come, first-serve basis.

Do you offer dry and cold storage? 

Yes, we have cold and dry storage available to rent for members. If you are not a member, please feel free to inquire about storage availability.
